Midwives are health care professionals who specialize in normal pregnancy and birth. Midwifery is based on the knowledge that our bodies are well-designed to grow a baby and give birth. Trained to support health, midwives are able to care for the whole of pregnancy. For most of us pregnancy is so much more than medical events. Pregnancy changes our bodies, our relationships with our partner, our parents, and our other children. Pregnancy changes our sense of self and our place in the world.
The Bozeman Midwives offer births at the Bozeman Birth Center, which features two birthing suites with whirlpool spas and fireplaces. Our Professional Midwives have over 35 years of experience guiding women safely and naturally through pregnancy and childbirth.
